The Houston Health Department offers various Treatment as Prevention (TasP) support programs and we partner with many local, regional, state and federally funded organizations to support these programs including, but not limited to, the following. The Houston Area HIV Services Ryan White Planning Council works to improve the quality of life and advocates for those living with and/or affected by HIV by taking a leadership role in the planning and assessment of HIV resources.
